Successfully completing a major EPC project for Adani Total Gas Limited, the scope of work included the design, partial supply, installation, and commissioning of an LCNG station, incorporating a fire hydrant system and a compressed air network. The project also involved supplying and integrating various mechanical components such as SS piping and tubing, globe valves, pneumatic shut-off valves, pump skids, and instruments including pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, and leak detectors. Electrical and control systems were delivered and integrated, comprising PLC panels, PMCC panels, fire hydrant control panels, customized PLC programming, and SCADA interface and integration. Additionally, comprehensive testing was conducted, including radiography, dye-penetrant inspections, hydro and pneumatic testing, along with integrity and functional checks using liquid nitrogen.
